Garage door openers
Quiet, safe, and it opens from your phone.
Belt drive, chain drive and wall-mounted jackshaft openers, installed, programmed and tested. If your opener is more than fifteen years old it probably has no rolling code and no auto-reverse, which are the two things that matter most.
- Belt drive for quiet, chain drive for value
- Wall-mounted jackshaft where headroom is tight
- Phone control and camera options set up before we leave
- Rolling code security on every opener we fit
- Photo eyes and auto-reverse tested with you watching
- Keypads, remotes and car buttons paired
Included
Three things we check that most people never think about.
An opener install is twenty minutes of hanging and an hour of getting the rest right.
The door first
An opener is not a lifting machine, the springs are. If the door is not balanced we fix that first, or the new opener burns out doing the spring's job.
Safety reverse
Photo eyes aligned and the auto-reverse tested against an obstruction, every time. We show you, so you can test it yourself twice a year.
Your phone
App set up, remotes and keypad paired, car button programmed, before we drive away. Not left as homework.
How it goes
Opener day.
It is usually two hours start to finish.
We check the door
Balance, springs, rollers and track. If something will shorten the life of the new opener we tell you now.
We fit the opener
Rail, motor, wiring and the wall control, tidied and clipped rather than left hanging.
We set the limits
Travel, force and the safety reverse, adjusted to your door.
We hand it over
Remotes, keypad, app and car button all working, and the old unit taken away.
