Commercial garage doors
Doors that open forty times a day.
Rolling steel, sectional and high-cycle doors for warehouses, shops, fleet bays and storage. Commercial doors fail from use, not age, so we spec springs and openers for the cycle count you actually run, not the one on the brochure.
- Rolling steel and sectional commercial doors
- High-cycle springs for bays that open all day
- Commercial openers and operators, jackshaft and trolley
- Loading dock and fleet bay doors
- Safety edges, photo eyes and auto-reverse set to code
- Scheduled around your hours so the bay is not down at noon
Included
Spec'd for the way you actually use it.
The difference between a commercial door that lasts and one that does not is almost always the spring and the opener spec.
Cycle count
We ask how many times a day the door runs and size the springs to it. A 10,000-cycle spring on a bay doing 40 opens a day is a service call in a year.
The operator
Commercial operators, not a residential unit on a big door. Jackshaft where headroom is tight, trolley where it is not.
Safety
Photo eyes, safety edges and auto-reverse tested and documented, which is what an inspector asks for.
How it goes
Keeping the bay open.
How we schedule commercial work.
We look at the bay
Door, track, operator, headroom and how hard you run it. No charge.
We quote the scope
Written, with the parts named, so you can compare it against anyone else.
We schedule around you
Early, late or weekend if the bay cannot be down in working hours.
We stay on call
Same company for the service calls afterwards, not a dispatch queue.
Questions
Before you call.
The things people ask us most on this job.
Can you service a door you did not install?
Do you charge for an estimate?
How fast can you get here?
What areas do you cover?
Are you insured?
Next step
Tell us how hard the door works.
That one answer changes the spec and the price more than anything else. Free assessment, and a written scope you can hold us to.
