Exceptional garage door repair services!!! Can't recommend Tim highly enough
Leave a review
Leaving us a review takes about thirty seconds.
We are a family business, 41 years in the trade, and reviews are how people in Littleton and Castle Rock decide who to call. If we did right by you, a line and a star rating genuinely moves the needle for us.
Both links open straight on the review box. It takes about thirty seconds, and you do not have to write much. A star rating on its own helps. Why it matters
What a review actually does for a small shop.
No marketing budget, no franchise behind us. What we have is the work and what people say about it.
It decides who gets called
When somebody searches for a garage door repair in your town, Google shows the businesses with recent reviews first. That is the whole mechanism.
It tells us where we slipped
If something was not right, we would rather hear it and fix it than find out from someone who never called back.
It takes thirty seconds
You do not have to write a paragraph. A star rating and one line about what we came out for is plenty.
Where we go
Twenty towns across the Front Range.
Based in Castle Rock, out every day across the south and west metro. If your town is not on this list, call and ask. We travel further than people expect.

Great service and quick.
Excellent fast quality service. Resolved all issues and more. Replace broken springs replaced all rollers with new quiet rollers. Replaced cable cables adjusted opening and closing with garage door opener. Garage door works like new or better.
Highly recommended Tim and his company. He’s very responsive, knowledgeable about everything garage doors and explains well on what needs to be done to fix the problem ! He’s also very reasonably priced and works with you and your budget. Don’t hesitate to ask him for his opinion and a free quote !
This is a must. The here guys are great. Not only friendly but very reasonable. They are very efficient and knowledgeable. You couldn’t ask for anyone better. They get the job done and what a difference it makes . I would highly recommend them. Believe me you won’t be sorry and you definitely won’t need anyone else.
A-Family installed our garage door, and did a fantastic job! The internal design of our garage created some inherent challenges, but Tim made it happen with some creative workarounds. We are looking forward to having them install a jack shaft opener in the near future. Highly recommend!
Don't even question it, just call A-Family Garage Door. Tim was very communicative, explaining everything clearly. The spring had broken, but I had other issues too. In an hour he installed the new spring and resolved all the other problems I've been fighting with this door for 13 years. Tim should be your contact for Garage Doors, no question!
Tim came on short notice to address my door issues. He then made a second trip at no additional charge to address something I was not aware of. Overall Tim and his company are top notch.
A Family Garage Door definitely deserves 5 stars. They repaired our garage door when it refused to open, and the repair has completely stood the test of time. They were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. It’s hard to find service this reliable. Will definitely use them again if we ever need garage door work!
Tim has done work for me on two different occasions. Every time he has gone above and beyond to offer excellent service at a reasonable price. I recommend him highly for all your garage door needs!
They are great! They spent a lot of time finding parts for our door and were able to repair it. They are very good with communication and getting the job done quickly. I highly recommend them for anything you need for garage doors.
Awesome guy to work with. He also very easy to talk to
We had an old style garage door from Ankmar that had seen better days and had to be replaced. Tim was very upfront with what needed to be done and the costs. Not only did the door need replacing but needed to be reframed as well. Who knew? The end result was beautiful. We were extremely satisfied. It's nice coming home to a pretty and worry-free door. We'd recommend Tim and AFGD hands down. Very knowledgeable and great service.
